Fractional Ownership

fmbinternational has established its own fractional ownership structure whereby investors can share ownership of one of its properties subject to standard terms and conditions.

Broadly, properties are acquired in an appropriate corporate vehicle (whether a UK LLP or, for example a French SCI) and owners acquire their interest by taking shares in the corporate vehicle. The relationship between the members is then governed by the fmb fractional ownership terms which form part of the members� agreement.
