Monte Mayor is a very special golf course bathed in the sunshine of Andalucia. An established course in a mature, naturally irrigated valley. The Villa is to be constructed on a prime site in the heart of the Monte Mayor Golf and Country Estate.

Forty minutes from Malaga airport to the east and Gibraltar to the west, Monte Mayor combines accessibility with the peace and tranquillity of its unique environment.

With its philosophy of creating or acquiring international properties of distinction and making them available for shared ownership fmbinternational first researched the many golf course developments throughout Europe.

Having identified Monte Mayor as standing out from the crowd, we then set to identifying and acquiring one of the prime sites combining aspect, views and proximity to leisure facilities. The result was the purchase of “Plot A2” on which the Villa is to be built.

We then engaged the services of an international architect specialising in villa design who, supported by a local design team who will project-manage the construction process, has designed the Villa and its amenities.

The result is a design which combines practicality with elegance and which maximises the superb aspect and views of its location.

Monte Mayor is just a few minutes’ drive away from Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Mediterranean coast. Fine beaches, charming seaside villages and glamorous resorts are there when you want them.

And in the unlikely event that you exhaust the challenges of the golf course at Monte Mayor, then Valderama, San Lorenzo and other courses beckon just along the coast.

Basis of Sale and the fmb fractional ownership plan

The plot on which the Villa is to be constructed has been acquired in a UK registered Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The Villa may be bought outright either by purchase of the LLP or by acquisition of the Villa from the LLP. Alternatively investors are invited to acquire a one quarter share in LLP and thereby a one quarter interest in the Villa with commensurate usage and occupation rights – 90 days of each year divided into 3 periods of 30 days. Investors may apply for more than one quarter share if they wish. Investors will first make an initial reservation payment securing a priority position for one month. They will then be invited to complete the legal paperwork to join the LLP upon payment of the first purchase instalment. Further payments will fall due as the development is progressed through to a final payment on completion. fmbinternational will manage the development but will stand aside once all interests have been sold and the development completed. A more detailed explanation of the fmbinternational fractional ownership plan is to be found in other literature which is available on request.
