The consulting division of fmbgroup, provides consultancy and project management services to a small group of corporate and high net worth individual clients. Its client base has evolved entirely from personal recommendation.

The consultancy service has grown out of other core activities within the group and draws also on David Gunn’s background as a commercial and property lawyer. Specialist sectors are therefore UK Property, Overseas Property and Yachting although some clients have engaged us to explore also other projects - for example the possible fractional purchase of one or more of the new era of VLJs (very light jets).

Our service is to administer major projects for our clients, liaising with other professionals: lawyers, tax advisers, valuers and surveyors and assisting the client to reduce to manageable levels the myriad of decisions and issues which are so inevitable in large projects. Whilst ultimate key decisions remain with the client, we are not shy of making recommendations and accepting delegated authority to move forward on routine issues.
