Argonavis

Argonavis has an overall length of 16.42m and a waterline length of 14m. Her draft is 2.2m and she weighs 45 tonnes. She has a large ketch sailing rig, and two Lehman Ford Sabre Engines each generating 135HP. She has a cruising speed of 7 kts and a maximum hull speed of 9.5 kts.

Argonavis is a fully coded vessel for commercial operation under the Merchant Shipping Regulations. She was built in Holland at the Kompier Yard and has an extensive inventory of machinery and equipment. In addition to the two main engines she has two generators which are used to power the air conditioning, the heating and to recharge the ship's batteries. She has full navigation and sailing instrumentation, including GPS, Radar and electronic charts. Internally, three sleeping cabins each with 2 berths, with further sleeping berths available in the two large saloons. The deck saloon offers superb shelter whilst giving all-round visibility.
